We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Part Time Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team. This role is part of a team that leads the service shift in core Restaurant and Bar, The Deck, Club Lounge, or Banquets. You will be professional, friendly, and passionate about food, beverages, and providing excellent service.Your day-to-day responsibilities include:Providing mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to colleagues to enhance performance and support their developmentTraining colleagues in quality and service standards, ensuring they have the necessary tools and equipment to perform their roles effectivelyAssigning shift responsibilities and conducting briefings on evening eventsMaintaining high standards of food quality and presentation for every guestGreeting guests upon arrival, engaging with them effectively, responding to complaints, soliciting feedback, and building relationships to improve guest satisfactionSupporting the onboarding of new F&B colleaguesEnsuring food and beverage facilities and equipment are clean, stocked, and maintained according to business needsSupporting revenue initiatives such as upselling breakfast, daily sales, and incentivesHandling credit and financial transactions securelyAdhering to hotel procedures and guidelines, especially regarding credit policiesIdentifying and reporting hazards, evaluating risks, and implementing control measuresAssisting the hotel team with other duties as requiredWhat we need from you:Minimum 2 years experience in a Food & Beverage or Restaurant & Bar role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environmentExperience in leading and supporting a teamQualifications in Hotel Management or related field are preferredFlexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shiftsExcellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageousA team player who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyThe ability to inspire passion, enthusiasm, and positivity within the team to foster an engaged and winning cultureIf you don''t meet every single requirement but believe you''d be a great fit, we encourage you to apply.
