The role focuses on managing the Grounds and Maintenance team, supervising staff, and ensuring high safety and workmanship standards across all college sites East Perth Campus, Waterford playing fields, and Dwellingup campgrounds.The ideal candidate will hold tertiary or trade qualifications related to building or property management, with significant knowledge and experience in property management principles, procedures, and standards.A vehicle is provided, which requires a manual license.The responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Planning major upgrades and capital expenditure, including quotes, liaising with consultants, builders, trades, and contractors, aligned with the Colleges Strategic and Master Plans.Formulating maintenance and operational programs to ensure the long-term condition and appearance of grounds, buildings, and equipment.For more information, visit the College website: Date for Applications: 3pm Tuesday, 20 May 2025.Applicants must support the Catholic ethos and be legally permitted to work in Australia.
