This role is based at our HQ in Solon, Ohio.The RoleWe are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Sales Development Representative team! This role focuses on expanding MRI''s customer base by sourcing new opportunities for our sales team.As part of our Marketing team, the Sales Development team engages prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and social media to qualify their interest and suitability for MRI Software solutions, passing qualified prospects to sales. The team also conducts revenue-generating activities like market analysis and organizational research.ResponsibilitiesResearch, identify, and connect with new customers in North AmericaConduct outbound call campaigns for trade shows, events, or specific marketsResearch target companiesMeet or exceed quotas for qualified leadsDocument activities in our CRM system, SalesforceClearly communicate our business value to prospectsParticipate in sales and product trainingOther duties as assignedSkills & RequirementsBachelor''s degree preferred or 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation (B2B preferred)Excellent communication skillsStrong phone presence and ability to build trustSelf-motivated with rigorous lead-generation calling skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quicklyProficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google, WebEx, and SalesforceFlexible, focused self-starter capable of working independentlyPerks & CultureWe aim to make this your best job ever!
