Were incredibly proud of our amazing people, and the unique way we celebrate Mexican culture in everything we do.Job DescriptionThe People Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor and hands-on partner to the operations leadership in their allocated region, ensuring HR initiatives align with business objectives. This role supports operations by providing guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, compliance, and performance management while also engaging in people projects relevant to their region. The People Business Partner will collaborate closely with State Managers and Culinary Operations Coaches (Area Managers) to drive a positive culture, enhance employee engagement, and optimize operational performance.If you''re a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of people and a passion for making a difference, we want to hear from you! Bring your expertise in HR generalist functions, your infectious enthusiasm, and your collaborative spirit to our team.What are the essential qualifications & experience?Bachelors degree or above in HR, Psychology or related subject.Proven experience, at least 4 years, in a Human Resources Business Partnering role within a fast-paced environment.Advanced understanding of Australian employment law, award interpretation and disciplinary management.What''s in it for you?Were incredibly proud of our amazing people and always have each others backs.
