If you''re passionate about making a real impact, working on dynamic projects, and being part of a team that supports the industries we all rely on this is your opportunity.We are currently seeking an energetic & high performing Procurement Team Leader to join our close-knit team, located in Bayswater!About Your RoleReporting to the Procurement Manager Operations & Maintenance you will:Lead by Example: Demonstrate exemplary safety practices, behavior, commitment, and attitudeTeam Development: Participate in the development and implementation of functional team KPIsContinuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead process re-engineering and SOP implementation within the department, ensuring compliance with business and group policies and proceduresMentorship: Mentor, guide, and support the Procurement Team in their daily activities and professional developmentOrder Verification: Verify and validate purchase orders in line with the business delegation of authority matrixOrder Management: Lead supplier order management, including expediting/rescheduling, tracking DIFOT performance, and conducting supplier auditsAbout YouTo be considered for the role, you have a background in procurement leadership, excellent team management skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
