Job Description: Production Manager Location: Knockrow, All Australia, Australia We are seeking a motivated Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety. The successful candidate will be based at Knockrow, New South Wales, overseeing Site Safety, Engineering, Production, Planning, and Warehouse Management. Responsibilities: Manufacturing: Manage daily manufacturing operations, drive process improvements, reduce costs and waste, and align production capabilities with business needs. EHS: Serve as the Site Coordinator for Environment, Health, and Safety. Ensure compliance with local regulations and Clariant ESHA policies. Promote a strong safety culture. Engineering: Oversee site maintenance, and design and implement CapEx projects. GMP: Understand GMP codes, enhance quality, and resolve customer complaints satisfactorily. People: Build and develop a high-performing team. Hire, train, and empower staff in production, planning, and warehouse functions. Management: Contribute as a member of the SCB management team to the overall success of the business. Minimum Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in operations, engineering, or manufacturing roles, with knowledge of HSE and GMP regulations. Higher School Certificate or equivalent. Degree in engineering (process or chemical) preferred. Processing knowledge in cosmetic ingredients, food and beverage, or related industries. Basic understanding of GMP and mechanical maintenance.
