The role involves programming, planning, monitoring, reporting, feedback, and mitigation measures for the services elements of the projects. Lead MEP planning activities across PCSA and delivery phases. Provide leadership for planning and coordination processes and implement the requirements of the Project Business Plan. Ensure all programmes are compliant with project requirements and develop a logical sequence of events, adopting the most economical construction strategy. Analyze performance, advise the project team on impacts, and recommend improvements. What skills & experience are we looking for? MEP planning specialists with strong digital skills, including modelling, 4D planning, and proficiency in Asta or P6, preferably both. Experience in pre-construction work-winning processes, producing Bid Programmes, and related time information for tenders. Major project experience is ideal, but applications from candidates with planning on smaller projects are also encouraged. A good understanding of MEP techniques and ideally a HNC / Degree in an MEP-related field. Experience in project planning, strategic planning, and project/programme management systems.
