As a Victorian Area Manager, you will oversee stores in Doncaster, Eastland, Southland, Northland, Knox, and Fountain Gate, managing store performance, staff development, visual presentation, and customer experience to achieve profitable sales growth. Lead by example to set management expectations and manage performance. Train, mentor, and coach team members towards goals and succession planning. Manage key financial KPIs to drive growth. Visit stores regularly to develop teams and ensure performance standards. Recruit, onboard, and train management teams to support expansion. Ensure visual standards for store presentation, especially during new openings. Manage customer experience standards across stores. Drive management teams to meet daily and weekly KPIs. Coordinate with Head Office, Distribution Centre, Merchandise, and Buying teams. Serve as escalation point for store issues. Who You Are Experienced retailer with 3-5+ years in Area Management within high turnover environments. Previous experience in fast-paced retail environments. Strong leadership skills to train, coach, and develop teams. Proven ability to exceed KPIs and motivate teams to do the same. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships. Highly analytical with attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
