At a leadership level, you have a peer group of highly committed operators with a wealth of experience in the consumer goods landscape who will give you the autonomy and the support to succeed in this crucial operations leadership role.What you''ll inherit, will be a team with strong engagement levels and an appetite to go to the next level capability-wise.At a micro level, this is developing your team into a broader skilled unit who can pinch-hit across multiple lines and contribute effectively to wider site projects and organisational goals.
