Every Patient Matters.Job DescriptionAs a valuable contributor to the Group Projects and Change team, reporting to the Lead Business Analyst, in this full-time role based in Richmond, you will work with business and technical teams on discovering key business initiatives across our Dynamics 365 digital platforms.You will make an impact by:Planning the approach to Business Analysis, including stakeholder identification, techniques to extract requirements, and template requirementsEliciting requirements through communication and liaising with stakeholders to understand their needsValidating requirements to ensure alignment and identifying technical constraintsProducing high-standard requirement documentation such as user stories, use cases, process flow diagrams, data models, business requirement documents, traceability matrices, functional and system requirement specificationsEngaging and consulting with Business/Product Owners, Business Users, and IT to understand current solutions, key metrics, architecture, integrations, pain points, and opportunitiesTo be successful in this roleYou will bring your business analyst experience to the team. You will be proactive with experience analyzing, documenting, designing, and delivering solutions that achieve business outcomes and enhance user experience.
