Elgas LimitedAccount ManagerBundaberg (QLD), Australia | req23299An exciting opportunity to join a global organization.What You Will Enjoy DoingTake ownership of the regions growth and retention strategy, including volume targets, margin setting, strategic customer planning, and maintaining a structured call cycle and sales pipeline.Maintain a high level of customer-focused activity, being out on the road serving key customers as much as possible; this role involves minimal office sitting.Responsible for Customer Management: deliver market-leading service and support to Elgas high-value commercial customers in your region.Self-generate new business by identifying, developing, and commercializing new customers for Elgas.Skillfully move customers through the sales process by selling the value of Elgas, utilizing negotiation and objection handling skills to achieve win/win outcomes.Collaborate closely with local branch staff, fellow sales team members, and industry stakeholders to build a supportive network.Maintain relevant data in our system and produce reports demonstrating your knowledge and strategic plans for your region.What Makes You GreatDemonstrated sales experience from any industry LPG experience is not necessary; training will be provided.A strong desire to serve customers, motivation to deliver high daily activity levels, and a passion for sales.Enjoy being out of the office in front of people, take initiative, and are a self-starter with excellent time management skills.
