Reliable, approachable, and always attentive, you lead from the front and motivate your team. You ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, making every moment memorable for guests. Your attention to detail and genuine care help create memorable stays that guests will want to revisit. What you will be doing: Lead the Front Desk team, supporting and setting the tone for a seamless guest experience. Manage arrivals, departures, and guest accounts accurately; provide helpful information. Handle all incoming calls professionally, aiming for total customer satisfaction. Lead by example, fostering a supportive, energetic team culture that delivers warm, personal service. Monitor training and guide team members during shifts. Maintain security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety. The successful candidate will: Be able to work a rotating 7-day roster. Preferably have experience using Opera Cloud. Be a natural people-person with a passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset. Be proactive and resourceful in attending to guest requests. Pay great attention to detail. Be reliable and well-groomed. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate in Victoria.
