This includes managing programs, initiatives, and projects. Reporting to our People Lead, the Learning and Events Manager must embody Stakes values and serve as a role model for employees, leaders, and customers.Key responsibilities include:Collaborate with the People Lead and Chief People Officer to design our OD strategy to enhance key capabilities as we grow.Facilitate the design and implementation of learning opportunities aligned with our L&D approach.Develop and iterate a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new employees understand Stakes vision, mission, values, and strategy.Design and oversee Stake traditions and cultural initiatives in the office, including celebrating various traditions and company achievements, and encouraging employees to create their own.Manage the planning and execution of company-wide or external customer-facing events, including event design, supplier and budget management, and aligning events with company goals.Manage relevant budgets in partnership with the People Lead.Lead the upcoming office move in the next financial year as a high-profile project.About youMinimum 5 years experience in learning and development, employee experience, or events management.Bachelors degree or diploma in HR-related fields or events management.Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Slides, with the ability to present insights compellingly.Experience working with external vendors, from requirements scoping to strategic outcomes.Commercial awareness to align learning and events initiatives with business objectives.At Stake, we value attitude over resumes.
