About The Role Reporting to an Executive HR Leader, you will lead a small team responsible for delivering expert employee relations services, advice, manager coaching, and support. You will drive the Employee Relations strategy, ensuring the framework meets industry service requirements. Your team will interpret and apply employment legislation, industrial instruments, policies, and procedures. You will support stakeholders with performance management, disciplinary processes, workplace investigations, dispute resolution, change management, and workforce reform. Demonstrated experience in these areas is essential. While coaching your team, you will remain hands-on for complex, high-risk matters. About You To succeed, you will have navigated broad stakeholder relationships and possess advanced knowledge of employment law, with the ability to interpret and apply legislation, industrial instruments, employment contracts, and policies in various situations. Additionally: Relevant tertiary qualifications in human resources management, Industrial Relations, or related disciplines; Experience leading a team, with proven coaching and development skills; Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to engage diverse stakeholders; Outstanding relationship-building, coaching, and influencing skills; Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to remain calm under pressure; Sound judgment and maturity to handle sensitive and complex matters.
