This is a fixed-term 6-month contract with the potential to extend into a permanent position. The Opportunity You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational clinical management, focusing on quality, patient safety, staff development, and maintaining high standards of clinical practice. This senior leadership role involves working closely with the Director of Clinical Services to achieve organizational goals. Key responsibilities include: Managing human and material resources efficiently and effectively. Providing clinical leadership and mentorship to your team. Collaborating with other managers to improve patient outcomes. Shaping organizational strategy and improving procedural services. You will join a multidisciplinary team committed to holistic, individualized patient care. Skills And Experience Registration with AHPRA. At least 5 years of postgraduate experience in acute nursing. Experience on a medical/surgical ward. Experience managing rostering and staff duties. Post-graduate studies or management qualifications are highly regarded. Commitment to continuous improvement and clinical excellence. Leadership in WHS and risk management. Ability to manage resources and implement sustainable change. Whats in it for you?
