Product Support SpecialistWe are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Product Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or live chat. You will provide technical support for CPA and Air Jet products, ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective training and support.ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues with exceptional service.Diagnose technical problems, guide customers through solutions, and address their needs based on product capabilities.Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.Create and update knowledge articles, FAQs, user guides, and troubleshooting documents.Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely resolutions.Educate and qualify our Sales Partner Network, understanding and explaining particles in bulk processing environments.Gather customer feedback on product performance and user experience, communicating insights to relevant teams.Travel to clients'' trade shows to educate prospective customers and vendors (approximately 30% travel).RequirementsStrong commitment to excellent customer service with empathy, patience, and clear communication.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Proactive problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and implementing solutions.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize inquiries in a fast-paced environment.Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently.Preferred QualificationsBachelor''s degree in engineering or equivalent laboratory work experience.Additional DetailsOffice-based, full-time position.Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.Seniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFull-timeIndustriesAgriculture, Construction, Mining Machinery Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
