They are currently seeking an experienced and driven Facilities Manager to join the team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a major client account, overseeing high profile commercial office buildings.They are seeking someone to start immediately with the contract due to finish up 31st October 2025.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the delivery of hard and soft services to the site, ensuring high-quality outcomes.Monitor and direct contractor performance, ensuring that all contracts are properly executed and align with the scope and intent of the agreement.Develop and implement an operational plan for the property, overseeing contractors, staff, and property services in line with established standards and objectives.Plan and execute continuous improvements to enhance property value and operational efficiency.Become an integral part of the team, fostering collaboration and promoting high standards.Required Qualifications & Skills:Previous experience in facilities management within commercial property.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and staff.Proven track record in delivering and improving operational efficiencies.Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.The role is paying $70- $90 per hour (inclusive of superannuation), to reflect experience.If you have the required experience, please apply below.
