We deliver comprehensive mental health, community health, and dental services through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac. Heath Wing 7 is a 32-bed General Medical unit specializing in Respiratory Medicine, and RAPU is a 16-bed short-stay medical unit; both wards seek qualified EENs (Diploma Level 2-5) to join their skilled, professional, and friendly teams. The role involves providing high-quality patient care through a multidisciplinary approach.About The RoleAs an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you will deliver safe, effective, and person-centered care within an acute setting. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating care to achieve optimal patient outcomes. You will be responsible for your own practice while providing delegated nursing care within your scope. Building therapeutic relationships with patients and contributing to a supportive team environment are central to this role.To succeed, you should have at least 12 months experience in acute nursing, especially in general medical settings. You must demonstrate clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality care.
