Location: 127 Public Square - Cleveland, Ohio 44114 About The Job Lead the oversight and management of Regulatory Exam activities for the Regulatory Relations Team. Work under the leadership of the Regulatory Liaison to ensure elements of the Regulatory Exam Management Program are implemented and executed across the enterprise. Essential Job Functions Oversee and execute all aspects of regulatory exams, including preparation, interfacing with examiners, and educating personnel. Interact with regulatory examiners from various agencies. Manage security aspects for regulators and information requests, ensuring timely and compliant responses. Perform quality assurance on regulatory processes and documentation. Manage regulatory information distribution and provide direction on content and protocols. Identify process improvements and ensure deadlines are met. Marginal Job Functions Participate in projects and ad hoc reporting. Contribute to risk management initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Provide backup to colleagues as needed. Required Qualifications College degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 8-10 years of experience in financial services Experience in preparing and delivering reports and presentations for senior management Preferred Qualifications Regulatory experience Risk management or audit experience MBA Skills and Competencies Project management skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Executive presence and communication skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving Collaborative solutions creation Attention to detail GRC experience (preferred) Additional Information Position salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, with potential incentives.
