This role will support project and operational delivery through accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and data-driven insights.Working at Service StreamWorking for a ASX Listed National multi discipline company.Positive work environment promoting internal growth, support and future opportunities.Access to exclusive employee rewards and discounts at major retailersNature of position: Permanent, Full TimeLocation: Loy Yang, VICReporting Line: Service Delivery ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesCost & Financial Reporting:Prepare and maintain accurate cost reports, identifying key trends and variances.Develop and manage forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis to provide insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.Monitor and report on expenditure, ensuring strong cost controls across multiple projects.Business Support:Help streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency in day-to-day operations.Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather data and provide timely reporting insights.Administrative Functions:Maintain up-to-date documentation and assist with systems data entry.Coordinate with teams to support timely and accurate invoicing, purchase orders, and accruals.Assist in meeting reporting deadlines and audit requirements.About YouYou may be early in your career, or looking to make a shift into a more analytical role, but youre already known for being highly organised and resourceful.
