This role requires an individual with strong leadership, mentoring, and sales expertise to ensure that processes, team performance, and customer relationships are optimized for success.Key Responsibilities:Hire, train, and mentor staff to drive high-performance in customer interactions, hire sales conversions, and trade-insOversee and monitor staff performance against KPIs and conducting performance reviewsImplement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring complianceMaximize enquiries and ensure the completion of orders or hire contractsPreparation and pricing of tendersManage CRM, track hire sales activities, and report on performanceDrive business growth through marketing, prospecting, and customer visitsControl department budgets, rental & sales targets, and inventory managementLead key account management and relationship building with customers, prospects, and suppliersEnsure health and safety protocols are followed across the departmentWhat you''ll need to succeed:You will be a true people leader, with a strong understanding of the construction machinery market in sales and rental, who is ambitious and thrives on motivating and getting the most out of their team.Minimum 5 years leadership experience in sales & rental managementStrong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team effectivelyStrong analytical and performance management skillsExceptional communication and relationship-building abilitiesKnowledge of hire sales processes and, inventory management and CRM systemsUnderstanding of market trends and the ability to implement business strategiesAbility to manage inventory, budgets, and departmental performanceA strong leadership background accompanied by advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skillsWhat you need to do now:Join LiftRite and be part of an exciting team dedicated to delivering excellence.
