About the Role As a Territory Manager, you will nurture client relationships, support them in leveraging Telstras offerings to solve business and technology challenges, and identify new strategic opportunities. Your understanding of Telstras products and services, along with your ability to listen and understand customer needs, will help you deliver high-value sales solutions that contribute to Telstras growth. Key Responsibilities Manage your assigned territory, overseeing sales and profitability, and nurturing customer relationships to support strategic growth. Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan, including understanding whitespace, sales strategy, and channel engagement. Implement partner engagement strategies by domain and geography, maintaining a pipeline cadence. Coordinate sales plays and campaigns with Partners and Digital Sales. Lead base-management activities to create upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Develop and implement customer engagement and communication strategies. Conduct territory health checks, including account contact reviews and pipeline assessments. Maintain key contact information in Phoenix. Monitor portfolio performance against financial and customer targets through regular reporting. Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop tailored sales solutions. Participate in knowledge sharing initiatives to enhance market insights and support strategic conversations. About You Essential Skills and Experience 3-5 years experience in sales, customer-facing, or B2B sales roles, preferably in technology or software industries. Experience in sales opportunity management. Exceptional customer relationship management skills. Partner opportunity management experience. Strong portfolio analysis and planning skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer-centric approach and commercial acumen.
