Key Responsibilities: Develop trusted relationships with your customers. Retain and grow your portfolio while leveraging your networks to support small business customers in bringing their business ideas to life. Manage small business lending requests up to $2 million and home lending up to $5 million, ensuring a simple and efficient process. Convert leads into wins, fueling growth and delivering impressive results while driving customer advocacy. Increase the portion of customers who consider NAB their Bank of Choice by being customer obsessed. Understand customer needs to provide tailored, holistic banking solutions. Build relationships with brokers and proprietary customers to create and act on new business opportunities, as well as support existing customers. Candidate Requirements: Motivation to build genuine personal connections with customers, empowering them to bring their business dreams to life. Lending experience in business banking or retail banking, with knowledge of the credit process. Strong customer and relationship management skills, with a passion for networking and portfolio growth. Problem solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
