This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to ensure the smooth functioning of all departments and the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.ResponsibilitiesOperational Management:Oversee daily operations of all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and administration. Monitor and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety. Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance.Guest Experience:Ensure the highest guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly. Foster a positive, welcoming atmosphere and promote a customer-centric culture. Review guest feedback regularly and implement improvements.Staff Management:Recruit, train, and supervise staff, providing coaching and development. Implement cost-saving measures and review financial reports to assess performance.Sales and Marketing:Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop strategies for revenue and occupancy growth.
