As a Senior Professional Services Consultant, you will create solutions to ensure enterprise deployments make a deep impact across the organizations you support. You will address our customers'' most ambitious problems, including those they didn''t know existed. Are you up for the challenge?What will you be doing?Drive complex deployments of Splunk while working closely with customers to resolve their unique challenges.Collaborate with a dedicated team from the Field, Sales Engineering, and Customer Support.Engage in growth and mentorship, fostering talent development through ownership and leadership opportunities.Empower customers to handle future questions independently.Share standard methodologies and develop innovative solutions to enhance user adoption and increase the value of Splunk.Maintain good corporate citizenship through timely communication and efficient resource deployment.Contribute to a stable, respectful, and collaborative work environment.What experience do you need?Splunkers are self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to a constantly evolving environment. You should be comfortable mastering new technologies and come from diverse backgrounds in business, analytics, or technology.BA/BS in computer science, computer engineering, finance, mathematics, or equivalent work experience.PV (Positive Vetting) security clearance.Recent experience in technical consulting or big data analytics.Passion for Splunk products and solutions.Ability to collaborate across the organization to deliver solutions and drive innovation.Experience with Unix and Windows OS; comfortable with command-line interfaces.Knowledge of scripting languages (bash), application development (Java, Python, .NET), databases, and analytical tools.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Understanding of enterprise applications, especially in security and finance.Statistical and analytical modeling skills are a plus.Willingness to travel up to 30% within Australia.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working independently and remotely.Relevant experience in IT systems, enterprise management, application development, security, or analytics.#J-18808-Ljbffr
