Our client, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their team in Melbourne. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide commercial support, analysis and insights to the General Manager and wider team in the respective business unit. You will be instrumental in preparing financial models for growth strategies, business cases, trials and concepts. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the delivery of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.* Provide commercial support and insights* Prepare financial models for growth strategies* Contribute to the delivery of annual budgets and monthly forecastsWhat you''ll do:As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in providing commercial support to various teams. Your ability to prepare insightful analysis will drive decision-making processes within the company. You will be responsible for creating financial models that underpin growth strategies, business cases, trials and concepts. Your contribution to the delivery of annual budgets and monthly forecasts will be invaluable. Additionally, you will support the month-end process for Merchandise and Data & Analytics while driving process improvements across teams.Contribute to the delivery of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.Support the month end process for Merchandise and Data & Analytics.Prepare and deliver timely and insightful analysis that drives decision making.Prepare financial models for growth strategies, business cases, trials and concepts.Provide commercial support, analysis and insights to the General Manager & wider team.Drive process improvement in reporting, manual tasks and ways of working across Merchandise Finance and stakeholder teams.What you bring:As a Finance Business Partner, your strong knowledge of accounting and budgeting principles will enable robust forecasting models.
