This unit works collaboratively with executives, senior managers, clinical/non-clinical staff and consumers to ensure that QEII hospital has an effective, co-ordinated, approach to quality improvement, clinical effectiveness, healthcare standards, patient safety, patient experience and consumer liaison services.
