You will collaborate with various teams, mentor peers, and empower clients to handle future questions independently.Key Responsibilities:Drive and manage complex Splunk deployments.Collaborate with sales, engineering, and support teams.Mentor and grow talent within the team.Enable customers to become self-sufficient with our solutions.Share best practices and develop innovative strategies to enhance user adoption and value.Required Experience and Skills:BA/BS in computer science, engineering, finance, mathematics, or equivalent experience.Positive Vetting security clearance.Experience in technical consulting or big data analytics.Strong passion for Splunk products.Proficiency with Unix and Windows OS, scripting (bash), programming (Java, Python, .NET), databases, and analytical tools.Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.Understanding of enterprise applications in security and finance.Willingness to travel up to 30% within Australia.Additional Information:Employment type: Full-timeSeniority level: Mid-SeniorJob function: Information TechnologyIndustries: IT Services and Consulting#J-18808-Ljbffr
