This means more learning at scale via video and webinars to reach our geographically diverse employee population.In addition to shaping the future, this important role will need to help us think differently around both corporate and frontline compliance training and review our end-to-end induction training.Come help us build the way forward, to help our people, customers and community thrive today and into the future.The day to dayImprove learning governance, transparency and our approach to customer centred compliance training for all frontline teams (contact centre, stores etc.)Partner with our Strategic Workforce Planning Team and the business shape future focused learning design and deployment approach aligned to prioritised themes in support of our strategy.Design and manage annual Business Unit planning and consultation to shape Learning and Capability priorities aligned to the annual planning process.
