Take on big challenges and grow, through mentorship, collaboration and empowerment.Thiess is the place to make things happen.About The RoleAs the next Electrical Maintenance Superintendent / EEM Delegate, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable execution of all electrical maintenance activities across the site. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and foster a culture of continuous improvement in daily operations. You will provide strong leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to personnel across Planning, Warehouse, Infrastructure, and Communications functions.Ensure compliance with site health, safety, and environmental policy standards.Ensure compliance with the Thiess Safety Essentials.Maintain and improve HME equipment availability and MTBF.Oversee compliance with electrical site safety maintenance repairs and standards.Oversee site infrastructure and communications maintenance.Oversee maintenance Planning and Warehousing functions.Drive a collaborative, inclusive, and continuous improvement culture.To be successful in this role, you will possess strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish effective working relationships with key internal and external clients.
