This customer-facing role involves working in a rewarding yet challenging environment.Hybrid Working ArrangementsWe support flexible work options through a hybrid approach, balancing in-person collaboration with remote work based on various operational and personal factors.The Trainee ProgramYou will undergo 4 weeks of theoretical and practical training covering:The lifecycle of a claimMedical treatment types and managementPayment of medical expensesWeekly compensation entitlementsReturn to work obligations and facilitating early return to workThe legal aspects of workers compensationManaging challenging conversationsDuring this period, you''ll develop skills in:Arranging medical examinationsHandling high volumes of client callsAssessing and processing paymentsDeveloping case management strategiesReviewing treatment requestsLiaising with stakeholdersFurther training over 12 months will expand your knowledge in injury management, return to work planning, dispute resolution, and law.Applicant RequirementsIf you have a background in customer service, medical administration, or recent qualifications in Law, Business, Nursing, Allied Health, or Psychology, this opportunity may suit you.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsCustomer service experience, especially handling inquiriesMedical administration or related industry experience is advantageousAbility to work across multiple platformsStrong analytical and organizational skillsTeamwork and cultural sensitivityAustralian Citizenship or Permanent ResidencyYou will be responsible for managing claims to ensure timely treatment, entitlements, and facilitating return to work, liaising with injured workers, employers, and healthcare providers.About DXCDXC provides policy and claims management services across Australia, supporting injured workers through the entire process.
