Our focus is on creating high-performing teams, improving processes, and producing quality products.About The RoleThe Production Operator will operate and maintain machinery to ensure smooth production while adhering to safety, quality, and food safety standards. Key responsibilities include:Operating and maintaining blending and drying machinery efficiently.Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesHealth and SafetyFollow all WHS protocols and collaborate with the WHS team.Ensure safety policies and legislative requirements are met.Plant OperationSet up, operate, and monitor machinery for blending and drying processes.Conduct inspections and report issues.Quality ControlMaintain product quality and perform checks.Record production details accurately.Production SupportWork with the Production Supervisor for smooth shift transitions.Adjust production settings for quality and efficiency.QualificationsExperience in food safety and quality in manufacturing.Valid forklift license.Additional InformationThis is an entry-level, full-time role within the Management and Manufacturing industries, specifically in Food and Beverage Manufacturing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
