About the RoleDue to the firms continual growth a rare opportunity exists for an experienced Client Service Administrator to join their team. Your duties will include:Being a strong ambassador for the firm through providing a high level of client servicesAnswering phones and directing calls, managing meeting bookings, managing staff diaries and assisting with the organisation of eventsCollating and lodging financial statements and income tax returns for accountantsLiaising with external stakeholders including the ATO and ASICPreparing and processing ASIC Company Statements and LodgementsEstablishing Companies and Trusts for clientsPreparing and formatting letters, daily mail, filling and all other general administration dutiesData processing, accounts receivable and end of month reportingAbout YouYou will be an experienced Client Service Administrator with experience working in the public practice accounting sector.
