Kitchen Hand, Cleaner, Laundry (Aged Care) Atlas Care WA is seeking experienced professionals to work at various aged care facilities across Perth. Note: All roles listed require prior aged care experience. Candidates without aged care experience will not be considered. Responsibilities: Assist the chef in preparing quality meals for residents, including understanding diet types, textures, temperatures, and fluid consistencies, as well as following food and fluid care plans. Prepare ingredients for meals, such as washing, chopping, and measuring. Prepare sandwiches and salads for residents. Perform basic cooking tasks under supervision. Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking materials in compliance with health regulations. Cleaner (Aged Care Experience Required): Perform cleaning duties in resident rooms, common areas, kitchens, and bathrooms. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces. Disinfect high-touch surfaces to promote infection control. Knowledge of colour-coded cleaning chemicals and their usage is essential. Operate cleaning machines. Organize and deliver laundry to the correct rooms.
