Warehouse Storeperson ACACIA RIDGE/ LYTTONWe are looking for a new team member to join our Warehouse Team. We are seeking a motivated team member that will excelwithin our dynamic warehouse environment. The role will be based at both out Acacia Ridge and Lytton warehouses. The Storeperson role ensures orders and freight are stored, picked, packed, and loaded onto trucks safely. This includes checking paperwork, cross checking stock to ensure its correct and communicating with the Warehouse Supervisor if there are any issues. Some administrational support is included in the role.If you are looking for:Positive work environment in established warehousesWeekly pay cyclePotential for Overtime penalty rates applyThen Team Transport & Logistics is the place for you!Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Load and unload general freight (various types of freight)Operate MHE (Forklifts) counterbalance and high reach to Pick / Pack orders as requiredLoad and unload freight on vehiclesLoad and unload freight from containersAdministrational support as requiredEffective communication with warehouse staff, drivers, customersEnsure freight in/out is managed from beginning to endStock take and inventory controlAssist in ensuring facility is safe, clean and maintained in a tidy state arranging stock, housekeeping, etcWork to promote safe work practices and safe working environmentsOperate between Lytton and Acacia Ridge warehouses based on operational requirements (method of transportation provided between sites).Skills, experience and qualifications essential for the role:Strong attention to detail: able to pick correct products and cross checkCurrent QLD drivers license and Forklift license essentialExperience in forklift operationPrior experience in a warehouse/store person roleExperience in administrational roleOperational knowledge in a general freight transport businessThe ability to work in a team environment, as a team member #J-18808-Ljbffr
