You will support the Store Manager with daily operations and aim to provide an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers, and community members.You Will Assist With:Retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devicesCollecting, sorting, and pricing donationsDeveloping and coordinating visual merchandising and store presentationProviding exceptional Customer ServiceDisplaying stock appropriately, following policiesFollowing Occupational Health and Safety proceduresDemonstrating TSA core values in all activitiesHeavy lifting and manual handling of stock, including furniture and large donationsAbout YouPrevious retail experience is preferred but not essential. The key qualities are your passion, high energy, and excellent customer service skills. You should be adaptable to work a rolling roster including weekends and across various locations. Strong communication skills and technical aptitude are highly regarded.
