We provide a wide range of support services available to NDIS participants within Sydney, operating 24/7 to meet their needs.Role DescriptionThis is a casual ongoing role for a Support Worker. The Support Worker will assist participants in accessing and maintaining employment or education, coordinating life stages and transitions, and managing daily personal activities. Other responsibilities include arranging travel and transport, providing community nursing care, and supporting daily life tasks in group or shared living arrangements.
