Maurice Blackburn, experience you can count on.About the roleWere excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Legal Assistant or Legal Assistant to join our Work Injuries team in a permanent full-time or part-time capacity, based primarily at our Traralgon office. While some flexibility is available, this role is predominantly in-office to support ongoing training and collaboration.As part of a small, supportive team, youll play a vital role in delivering high-quality legal and administrative support while providing outstanding service to our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing incoming calls and client enquiries, coordinating appointments and diaries, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, preparing documents, maintaining files, and supporting the legal team with general administrative tasks.Were looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and eager to learn. Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.Prior legal experience isnt required well provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidate.
