Our focus is on freshness, quality, and care, delivering nutritious products daily across Perth.About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Picker Packer to join our production and dispatch team in Malaga. This full-time role involves early morning shifts, ideal for those who enjoy finishing early and working in a supportive, hands-on environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPicking and packing fresh produce orders accurately and efficientlyPreparing deliveries for dispatch according to schedulesOperating in accordance with HACCP and OH&S proceduresPractising safe manual handling and maintaining a clean work environmentAssisting with loading/unloading vehicles as neededCollaborating with team members to meet daily production targetsRequirementsMinimum 1 year experience in FMCG or food service (preferred but not essential)Prior experience in a fast-paced warehouse or packing environment (advantageous)Forklift Licence - LFGood understanding of HACCP processes and food safety standardsKnowledge of OH&S compliance and safe work practicesPhysically fit and able to handle repetitive manual tasksStrong attention to detail and a good work ethicReliable, punctual, and a team playerWhat We OfferFull-time hours with early finishes; casual position with opportunity to progress to full-timeSupportive, friendly team in a family-run businessOn-the-job training and developmentOpportunity to contribute to a well-established WA companyBe part of delivering high-quality, fresh food to local families every dayApply Now!Think youre the right fit?
