So, what does the role look like? The Surveillance department at SkyCity Adelaide is looking for a customer-focused individual with strong organisational skills and a high level of integrity to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring all activities within the casino and investigating matters to conclusion. Availability and flexibility to work rotating shifts over a 24/7 roster, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays, are required. What you will look like? Previous Surveillance experience is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided. However, knowledge of Casino gaming and/or operations would be an advantage. Demonstrated customer service experience Sound mathematical and computing skills An enquiring mind with the tenacity to thoroughly investigate matters to a conclusion A systematic approach to problem solving The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure The ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster What''s in it for you?
