And your colleagues will be there to motivate and inspire you every step of the way.We are looking to hire a talented HR Operations Specialistand Total Reward Specialist (12 Month Fixed Term Contract) for our HR Operations Team in Australia.Main activitiesThe incumbent is accountable for an efficient and effective employee experience in order to guarantee a smooth hiring and onboarding process as well as to collect all data and information to support the HR processes related to the employee lifecycle (compensation, promotion, role change)In particular he/shewill be responsible for the following activities:Prepare or maintain employment records related to employee lifecycle in order to perform hiring, onboarding, terminations, movements and contract extensions and changes;Understand and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards or regulations to employees and HR colleagues;Manage mandatory communications to authorities (hiring communications, injuries, terminations, )Implement regulatory update and key labor law changes related to personnel management and administrationCollect and analyze human workforce data (HC planning, labor cost, ) and prepare reports to support key HR processes (i.e. salary review)Be the point of contact for the HR colleagues, managers and employees for all aspects of administrative personnel managementSkills and ExperiencesUniversity degree required (Law, Economics, Political Science)A previous experience in personnel administration (4/7 years) in a multinational companyAbility to work with precision, attention to details and respect to deadlinesExcellent work organization and interpersonal skillsExcellent knowledge of Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)What we offer in returnTemporary Contract 12 months - Competitive salaryPaid Birthday LeaveFlexible work arrangementYearly flu vaccinationsAmplifon training, career, and learning development opportunitiesEmployee Assistance ProgramDiscounts on hearing aids for you and your family & friends!Discounted private health insurance and other benefits and productsOpportunity to advance your career on a global scale!Putting People FirstOne of the ways we amplify careers is by helping our people achieve their full potential.
