The Team:Surgical and Perioperative Services administrative teams engage in a wide range of duties and offer opportunities for professional development and growth. The successful applicant will primarily liaise with internal stakeholders such as executives and hospital staff. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Utilising Microsoft Office packagesUsing software such as iPM, DMR, and PageUpCoordinating shared mailboxesManaging and tracking complaintsDiary managementProcessing payrollPreparing meetings and taking minutesWithin Surgical and Perioperative Services, we promote productivity alongside staff upskilling to enable career progression.Requirements:Sound knowledge and experience of administrative practices, including high-level minute-taking and meeting organisation skills, and proficiency with contemporary computer applications.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently and confidentially with a wide range of internal and external clients, understanding legal confidentiality requirements.Ability to organise, set priorities, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks in a demanding environment.Note: Please refer to the Statement of Duties to address all selection criteria in your application.Details of appointment:Permanent, full-time position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
