You should be curious and willing to challenge the status quo when needed.What does your week look like?Employee Relations: Providing support and guidance to leaders and employees on HR-related issues.Projects: Supporting the implementation of various HR projects.Reporting & Data Analytics: Generating reports and conducting salary benchmarking as needed.Team: Assisting the People & Culture Business Partner with ad hoc tasks and supporting the entire Partnering team with a collaborative mindset.Compliance: Ensuring the company complies with employment law and regulations, and supporting audits.About YouYou may hold a relevant degree or AHRI certification, or have several years of work experience.
