You will also provide clerical and organizational support for the sub-teams within Amber at Clayton, including high-quality customer service for patients presenting to the service.There are a number of opportunities available as outlined below.To ensure administration coverage to support the service, you would be required to work 8.5 hours across all of these opportunities.Shift (07:30-16:00)Mon / Tues / Wed / Thurs / FriShift (08:00-16:30)Mon / Tues / Wed / Thurs / Fri and public holidaysShift (09:00-17:30)Mon / Tues / Wed / Thurs / FriFull-time and part-time opportunities available.If successful through the recruitment process, please confirm you are able to meet these shift requirements.About Amber TeamWe are a multi-unit team consisting of ADAPPT, Fetal Diagnostic Unit, Fetal Surveillance, and Maternal Fetal Medicine. The Amber Team runs maternity clinics and surveillance services 7 days a week. We provide a comprehensive range of maternity care and diagnostic services for the rapidly growing communities of Melbournes Southeast. We work in conjunction with our Sandringham, Casey, and Dandenong Womens Health teams.About YouYou are a proactive and experienced healthcare administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You have strong administrative and organizational skills and are accustomed to working in a hospital environment. You also have friendly and helpful customer service and communication skills.
