Were seeking a well-organised, client-focused Digital Producer to help deliver meaningful work in a fast-paced, high-performing production team.Applications are invited for the position of Digital Producer (Band 4) within AFP Production, part of the Corporate Communications Team.AFP Production supports the work of AFP membersincluding senior executivesacross Australia and internationally. The team produces high-quality multimedia products, including video, motion graphics, and photography, for a variety of operational and corporate needs. The unit also manages the AFP Conference Centre, which hosts key events, presentations, and conferences, often live-streamed across the organisation.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with technical skills in video production, live event production, or photography, who is ready to grow and develop in a dynamic and supportive team. You''ll be part of a team where serious work happens in a fun, collaborative environment, surrounded by experienced professionals.As a Team Member in the AFP you will be required to contribute to the achievement of outcomes in accordance with the regulatory framework, the AFP Code of Conduct and the AFP Governance Instruments. Youre committed to delivering high-quality work and supporting AFP members to carry out their roles.What will you do?In this role, you will:Work closely with the Team Leader to manage the Production teams inbox and calendar, liaising with internal clients to ensure the team has everything it needs to deliver high-quality outcomes.Oversee bookings and technical support for the AFP Conference Centre, including A/V setup, live streaming, and recording of presentations.Maintain the AFP Production media librarycataloguing, sourcing, and managing video and photo assets.Respond quickly to time-sensitive operational requests and prepare content for media and internal distribution.Help position the AFPs centralised communications team as a centre of excellence by embracing modern communications practices and contributing to a culture of continual learning.You must be an Australian Citizen at the time of application.A Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or the ability to obtain one.Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop and/or other video editing software.Proficiency with organising and delivering Microsoft Teams live events.Qualification/s in production/photography or related field.Experience working in a creative studio.Experience working with Digital Asset Management software.Additional InformationThis position has been advertised in multiple locations, however the role is located in Canberra and applicants are expected to be based in Canberra.
