Procare''s Factual Investigation Division is seeking Factual Investigators knowledgeable in Workers Compensation and CTP investigations to join our expanding team in South Australia. As a Factual Investigator, your day is designed by youthis role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day. We have full-time, casual, and contractor roles available for skilled Factual Investigators. The Role Attend various locations, predominantly within Mount Gambier, with some work across South Australia; Interview key parties, take statements, collate relevant evidence, and produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner; Maintain effective communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; Prepare and draft factual reports. About You Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current Investigators Licence; Have a current and valid driver''s licence and vehicle; Experience conducting Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations is preferred; Have excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong attention to detail and self-motivation to meet deadlines; If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.
