They operate within a dynamic environment that values safety, integrity, and collaboration.Job DescriptionManage end-to-end RFQs and procurement packagesSupplier selection, onboarding, and performance monitoringRaise, manage, and track purchase orders in ERPAnalyse requirements against stock metrics to make buying decisionsMaintain ERP master data and purchase order recordsCoordinate deliveries and align procurement with business needsCollaborate with internal teams including Production, Finance, and ProjectsSupport agile procurement projects under $250,000Create value stream maps for system and process developmentUphold quality, safety, and governance standardsReport and act on hazards or quality issuesMaintain compliance with internal policies and audit frameworksThe Successful ApplicantYou''ll have 2-3 years'' experience in a purchasing role within manufacturing or supply chain environments, with exposure to ERP/MRP systems, ideally SAP. You''re analytical, organised, and confident working with data, drawings, and multiple stakeholders. Your communication skills are excellent, and you''re capable of influencing suppliers and internal teams to meet goals.
