You will act as a trusted advisor, support continuous improvement, and promote safety and wellbeing at all levels. Key Responsibilities Provide practical advice and support for safety and wellbeing programs. Implement proactive health and safety initiatives. Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and field support in collaboration with teams. Assist with workers compensation and insurance processes. Lead safety discussions, including toolbox talks and leadership meetings. Promote a culture of psychological and physical safety. Qualifications and Skills Certificate IV in OHS (or willingness to obtain with support). Knowledge of OHS legislation and regulations. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with a diverse workforce. Proficiency with reporting and documentation tools. Proactive attitude, curiosity, and genuine care for people.
