About The Role We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, high-performing Business Development professional to sell HR & Health & Safety outsourcing solutions to the SME sector (businesses with 5-50 employees). You should have a proven track record in sales and new business development. Industry experience is NOT required, as full training will be provided. A high energy, target-focused, and consultative value-based selling style are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through daily business activity. Attend sales appointments booked by your telemarketing partner and your own self-generated appointments. Achieve quarterly sales targets. Meet with potential introducers and referral partners. Build, manage, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline. Work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with high energy and rewards. What You Bring to the Team At least 2 years of experience selling in a B2B environment (industry experience NOT required). Confidence in value-based and consultative selling. Ability to sell to diverse audiences, including Business Owners, Board Members, and HR Managers. Whats In It for You Uncapped earnings potential, with the opportunity to significantly increase your income. Monthly commission acceleratorsdrive your earnings into 10% accelerators. Year 1 package: a starting base salary of up to $100,000 + Super + uncapped commission, plus a company car or allowance. Year 1 minimum earnings of $150K+. Quarterly bonuses up to $30,000.
