For application procedures and mandatory requirements, please refer to the attached role description.Your opportunityReporting to the Executive Director of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health, the Health Equity Program Manager will oversee the implementation plan for health equity within the Mackay Hospital and Health Service, ensuring high-quality consumer care and achievement of key priority areas and legislative requirements.This role supports translating strategic directions into operational deliverables, establishing systems to monitor, review, and support the implementation and evaluation of healthcare service quality and standards as part of the Health Equity Strategies.
